Wyoming City Schools is committed to providing a safe, positive, productive, and nurturing environment for all of its students. Bullying toward a student will not be tolerated. Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school-aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time.
